Christiane F. is an amazing German film from 1981. The movie deals with a young girl and her descent into a world of drugs, sex and loss of innocence. I love that this movie is raw and doesn’t sugar coat the drug use. It shows it for exactly what it is, ugly. It’s a pretty shocking film considering the time it was released.
